Membership in the Glen Eagles HOA is MANDATORY for homeowners who purchased their Glen Eagles property after November1 , 2021. Membership in the Glen Eagles HOA is VOLUNTARY for homeowners who purchased their property before December, 2021. Dues are the only source of revenue for maintaining our neighborhood. We maintain the 3 entrances and all of the perimeter areas along North Western Avenue and NW 150th Street. Our expenses consume essentially all of our income each year. We do maintain a reserve that can be tapped for special projects and repairs and improvements. All administrative functions and many of the landscaping chores are handled by volunteers.
