About Us

Glen Eagles Estates is an upscale community on the southwest corner of  NW 150th and N. Western Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK.  There are 250 homes in the neighborhood.  Development began in the 1980's and the last house was completed in 2005.  There are 8 platted sections in Glen Eagles Estates.

 

Glen Eagles is in the Edmond school district:  Charles Haskell Elementary, Summit Middle School, and Edmond Santa Fe High School.

 

In November, 2021 homeowners in Glen Eagles voted to make membership in The Glen Eagles Homeowners Association, Inc. MANDATORY for homes purchased after November, 2021.  Memberships remains VOLUNTARY for homes purchased before December, 2021.   Annual dues for all members are $200 per year..  The HOA is responsible for maintaining the 3 neighborhood entrances, easements on N. Western and NW 150th, and neighborhood common areas.  The HOA has installed automatic water sprinkling systems for all areas and pays for their utility and maintenance expenses. 

 

This web site is provided for the use of all homeowners in Glen Eagles.  Some portions of the site are available only to homeowners in Glen Eagles Estates.  The site is managed by the Glen Eagles HOA.
